Mother: Nora Elizabeth [Nona] Sherwood Shockey 1879-? State Journal-Register, The (Springfield, IL) - May 28, 1987 PETERSBURG -- Rudolph Shockey 70, of Petersburg died at 11:56 p.m. Tuesday at St. John's Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Hurley Funeral Home, Petersburg. Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery. Surviving are his wife, Eileen; two daughters, Jan M. Shirley of Athens and Sue E. Fierce of Petersburg; two sons, Jerrold R. of Atterberry and Rodney H. of Petersburg; 14 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
