Appleton Post Crescent (21 September 2013): Patricia M. Gregorius, 78, of Appleton, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Oakridge Gardens. Pat was born on March 24, 1935 to Fred and Lucille (Viotto) Geenen in Appleton. She graduated from Appleton High School in 1953 and then completed her bachelor's degree from UW Madison in social work. On August 31, 1968 she was united in marriage to Roman Gregorius at St. Joseph Catholic Church, together they spent 45 wonderful years. She retired from Kimberly Clark after 25 years as a secretary. During Pat's retirement she was a volunteer at the gift shop at St. Elizabeth hospital. She enjoyed bowling, gardening and was an avid golfer. Pat was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Pat is survived by her husband Roman, her daughter; Lynne (Les) James, a granddaughter, Caitlin James, and other relatives and friends. Pat was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Mark. The funeral liturgy will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 11:30AM at ST. BERNADETTE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2331 E. Lourdes St. with Fr. Donald Zuleger officiating. Interment will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9:30 AM until the time of the service at the church. A memorial has been established in her name. The family would like to thank the staff at Oakridge Gardens and Affinity Hospice for all they have done.
