Bio

Daughter of Albert Lichau and Mary Beeson. ~ Former Resident of City Dies in Tracy Mrs. Mable Mitchell, 69, widow of the late Fred Mitchell, passed away in her home in Tracy the early part of this month. The Mitchells were former residents of Oakdale where Mr. Mitchell served as engineer on the gasoline motor train that operated between Oakdale and Stockton via the South Pacific line from 1913 on. Mrs. Mitchell was a member of the OES of Tracy and the Rebekah lodge of that city. She was a native of California. A son, Frank Mitchell, and daughter, Mrs. Fern McCann, both of Tracy , survive.
