Bio

Eugene J. Balajka, 75, of Port Lavaca passed away September 16, 2013. He was born July 22, 1938 in Shiner to the late Louis and Kristina Balajka. He was a retired Banker, member of Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife, daughter, son, sister and 5 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Christine Balajka; father, Louis Balajka; step-mother, Barbara Balajka; sister, Georgia Hybner and husband, Benny and brother-in-law, Eldon Janisch. Interment will follow mass in Six Mile Cemetery.
