Eva Mae Workman Heil, 80, widow of Darl D. Heil, died Friday, June 22, 2007, at her home. Mrs. Heil was born Aug. 27, 1926, in Garden City, Mo., the daughter of the late William A. and Mae Sanderson Workman. Survivors include one son, Douglas Heil of Colorado Springs, Colo.; five daughters, Kathleen King of Plattsmouth, Neb., Karen Gerhardt of Plattsmouth, Neb., Darla Getz of Arlington Heights, Ill., Janice Bell of Dalzell and Debra Boykin of Hampstead, N.C.; five brothers, Art Kilpatrick of Apache Junction, Ariz., Chancey Kilpatrick of Hooper, Neb., Charley Kilpatrick of Omaha, Neb., Floyd Kilpatrick of Gladston, Mo., and Ralph Kilpatrick of Omaha, Neb.; four sisters, Lillie Cogan of Texarkana, Texas, Mildred Kaiser of Texarkana, Texas, Edith Krafft of Ferndale, Wash., and Nellie Moreno of Denver, Colo.; 22 grandchildren, Stephanie, Warren, Chris, Ron, Kendra, Michael, Laura, Angela, Adam, Heather, Christopher, Jonathan, Douglas, Robert, Kaitlin, Lindsey, Jessica, Shawn, Heather, Rocky, Thad and Amanda; and 28 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers, Harold Kilpatrick, Glenn Kilpatrick, Tom Kilpatrick and Jim Kilpatrick; and three sisters, Elsie Kilpatrick, Lucy Kilpatrick and Clara Kilpatrick. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Evergreen Memorial Park with the Rev. Bob Partin officiating. The family will receive friends at the residence, 2413 Hunt Club Road, from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Memorials may be made to Hospice Care of Tri-County, 1236 B Wilson Hall Road, Sumter, SC 29150.
