Nell Tipton Wilemon, age 79 of Oneonta, AL. passed away on September 11, 2013 at her residence. She was a member of the Antioch United Methodist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Mrs. Wilemon is preceded in death by her parents Jim and Zella Brand Tipton, husband Maurice Wilemon, granddaughter Erin Elizabeth Wilemon . Survivors include her children Linda Odom (Eddie) of Madison, AL and Larry Wilemon (Wanda) of Destin, FL.; grandchildren Jennifer Talton, Jessica Odom, Elise Odom, Jared Odom and Amanda Hugo; great grandchildren Kennedy Hugo, Reese Hugo, William Talton, Zachary Talton and Michael Talton; sister Patricia Hancock of Gardendale, AL. Funeral services for Mrs. Wilemon were held on Sunday, September 15, 2013 from the Antioch United Methodist Church at 2:00 PM with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
