Daughter of the late Henry "Shug" and Leatthy Burch Dale, she was survived by her husband of 63 years, Elmer Peck; daughters, Connie Turner (Allen) and Kathy Peck; dranddaughters, Lori Cobb (Chad) and Amanda Turner; great-grandchildren, Emily Cobb, Haley Cobb and Cameron Cobb; and an extended family of relatives and friends. Her funeral was hel in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home on September 15, 2013, with The Rev. Stacey Phillips, The Rev. Clack Stubbs and The Rev. J.L. Yopp officiating.
