Bio

Vicki Dawn Shawn was born on 8 January 1958, at Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base Hospital, in Oceanside, San Diego County, California, to Donald and Darlene Shawn. She had one sibling in her family. She married Gene Francis Albarado on 3 September 1977 and three children were born of this union, in Harris County, Texas. They divorced in 2009 and Vicki took back her maiden name. Vicki lost her courageous battle with breast cancer on 6 September 2013, in Houston, Harris County, Texas. Her ashes were buried in the Shawn Family Plots on 25 October, 2013, after a Memorial Service was held at the Hilltop Baptist Church. Her daughter, Rachael, held a Memorial Service in Cypress, Texas on 19 October 2013 for friends and family.
