Bio

Henry C. Miller came to Texas when he was a few months old in 1889. His family settled in Climax, and later moved to Farmersville. He joined the law firm of Merritt and Merritt in McKinney on July 1, 1913. He was elected mayor of McKinney in 1921, the youngest mayor in the state. (Biog Dem. Sept. 22, 1921).
