Daughter of Thomas Alonzo Graves and Emma Mote. Married first to Dewey Lester Daniels April 5, 1953 in ElPaso Texas second to Bill F. Jones May 31, 1973 Daughter Cherri Lou Daniels Hurley. Ten Mile Memorial # 42850712 Lavada Olena Graves Daniels Jones, age 79, of Poyen passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013 at her home. She was born January 29, 1934, in Lonsdale, the daughter of Thomas and Emma Olena Mote Graves. She was a 1953 graduate of Magnet Cove High School. Lavada was a member of Poyen Missionary Baptist Church, Ladies Auxiliary at Magnet Cove Missionary Baptist Church and PTA at Magnet Cove Schools. She enjoyed playing bridge, listening to music, reading, camping and cooking. Other than her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Dewey L. Daniels; daughter, Cherri Hurley; five brothers and one sister. Left to cherish her memory, husband, whom she married May 31, 1973, Billy F. Jones; son, Robert Daniels (Angela) of Prattsville; daughters, Deby Wallace (Darrell) of Magnet Cove, Terri Boone (Steve) of Mt. Pine, Tina Mills (Brent) of Gentry, Melissa King (Tracy) of Mt. Home, Janice Fowler of Poyen and Denise Austin (Gary) of Poyen; step-daughter, Maryse Daniels of Montreal, Canada; sister, Lois Herrington of Magnet Cove; twenty-three grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
