Allen, Sr., 69, Bonham Route 2, died in a Bonham hospital at 4:35 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, 1969. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Wise chapel with the Rev. Ray Boykin, pastor of the Ector United Methodist church, officiating. He will be assisted by the Rev. O. R. Carry of Bonham and the Rev. Morris Robbins of Boyd, Baptist ministers. Interment will be in Carson cemetery at Ector. Mr. Allen, a farmer and textile worker, was born at Ector Sept. 5, 1899.
