Survived by daughter, Ora J. (Leo) Zimmer; brother, Donald (Helen) Ptacek, all of Lincoln; daughter-in-law, Marilyn Hodge; 5 grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; niece and nephews; special friend, Virginia Woodrum;. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Marie; sister, Loretta Brighton; brother, Jerold Ptacek; son, Sterling Hodge, Jr. Funeral Service: 3:00 pm Friday (8-23-13) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 'O' Street with Pastor Kerry O'Bryant officiating.
