Alma Weige SANTA FE - Mrs. Alma Dora Weige passed from this life Sunday in Webster. Born August 3,1916, in Westphalia, Texas, Mrs. Weige had been a resident of Alvin for one year, previously a resident of Santa Fe since 1950. She was a homemaker and a member of the Faith Community Church in Alvin. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy and Don Uzzell of Lovelady, Texas, and Mary and Dan Anderson of Princeton, Louisiana; son, Herbert W. Weige Jr. and wife Carolyn of Alvin; grandson, Glen Thompson; great-grandchildren, Travis Thompson and Lauren Thompson. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m., Wednesday in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, Pastor John Wilds officiating. Entombment will follow at Grace Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock. Honorary bearers will be Roy Leggett and Jack Goodson. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Hayes Funeral Home, 10412 Highway 6, 925-3501.
