REFUGIO - Martha Dee Wallace, 82, passed away Aug. 17, 2013. She was born October 12, 1930 in Freer, TX. to the late Dee and Anna Waits. Martha graduated from Kingsville A&I and was a teacher for 30 years in Woodsboro and Victoria school districts. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Refugio, head of the Vacation Bible School for many years and worked at the Good Samaritan Center in Refugio. She also was involved in the Retired Teacher Association. She was one of three grannies of the Refugio Football Fans. She is preceded in death by her husband Leon Wallace and a daughter Susan Perez. Burial will follow service at Oakwood Cemetery. Moore Funeral Home, 361-526-4334.
