Father - Isaac Taylor Beck (b: Kentucky) Mother - Nancy Beck (b: Tennessee) Spouse - Effie Jane Choate Beck Occupation - Farm Laborer Obituary - Neal Jackson Beck, 73, of 219 1/2 Woodrow St., died in local hospital yesterday morning. He was born April 14, 1890, in Goldthwaite, Tex. Mr. Beck had lived in California for the past 19 years, and in Kern County for 17 years. He is survived by his widow, Effie Jane Beck of Taft; two sons, Altus L. Beck of Memphis, Tenn. and Samuel T. Beck of Boston, Mass.; three daughters, Arlie Gentry of Hobbs, New Mexico and Celena Rogers and Betty Bethloff, both of Taft; 15 grandchildren and one great grand child. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning at 10:00 o'clock at the chapel of the Erickson and Brown Funeral Home. The Rev. John R. Dickson of the Church of God will officiate. Burial will follow in the West Side District Cemetery.
