Bio

Mary Kubicek, 80, of Crete, died on Wednesday, Oct. 23 1974. She was born on Nov 21, 1893, in Saline County, Nebraska, the daughter of Joseph Wit and Mary Zajicek. Survivors include her husband, Charles; two sons, Goroge A. Sr. of Wilber and Lumir C. of Lincoln; one daughter, Mrs. Aaron (Karoline) Kasl of DeWitt; two sisters, Mrs. Emma Pracheil of Crete and Mrs. Edward Kobes of Wilber; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the Kuncl Funeral Home Chapel in Crete, with the Rev. Jim Tomlinson officiating. Burial will be in the Crete Riverside Cemetery.
