Marguerite Ann Broussard, age 94 of Nederland, Texas died Monday, August 12, 2013 at Cypress Glen Nursing Facility in Port Arthur, Texas. She was born June 8, 1919, in Port Lavaca, Texas to Elizabeth and Charles Michna. Marguerite is survived by her sister, Anne Delahoussaye, sons, Gene Broussard and his wife, Barbara and Gerald Broussard and his wife, Maureen, all of Nederland, grandchildren, Clint Broussard, Kemi Jackson, Annette Whitaker, Adrianne Martin, Tracy Newman and Steve Newman, great-grandchildren, Aaron Farrar, Bryan Farrar, Drew Broussard, Trey Broussard, Drake Broussard, Brittany Whitaker, Bailey Whitaker, Becky Whitaker, Mallorie Martin and Jacie Martin; and great-great-grandchild, Kaleb Farrar. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Mickey and John Lee Michna (FAG mem 43955654). Ms Broussard's funeral service will be 10am Thursday, August 15, 2013 at Broussard's, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland, Texas. Burial to follow at Memory Gardens of Jefferson County in Nederland, Texas.
