Bio

Lula Mae Goins, 97, died July 27, 2013 in Port St. Lucie, FL. Mrs. Goins was born in Youngstown, FL and moved to Ft. Pierce in 1944. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church and a Sunday school teacher at the original Westside Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing and cooking. Survivors include her daughters, D. Wanda Watanabe of Reno, NV and Elizabeth Hamrick of Fort Pierce, FL; sons, John "Buddy" Goins of Ft. Pierce, FL and Bobbe Goins of Blairsville, GA; 9 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Services: Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 1-2 PM with a service to follow at 2:00 PM at Haisley Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park.
