Willie ‘Wiggs’ Forrester, age 83 of New Boston, Texas passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in a local hospital. He was born March 20, 1934 in Bowie County, Texas. He was a Rancher, Baptist and is preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Forester and a brother, Charles L. Forrester. Survivors include three daughters and sons in law, Viki and Cary Pierce of New Boston, Texas, Leslie and Kenneth Blankenship of New Boston, Texas, Liz and John Reed of Texarkana, Texas, his grandchildren, Erin and Kirk Palmer, Ethan Forrester, Patrick Pierce, a great grandson, Easton Palmer and a number of other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, March 11, 2018 in the Bates Rolf Chapel, New Boston with Bro. Tuffy Williams officiating. Interment will be in Red Bayou Cemetery, New Boston.
