Daughter of John P. and Lula B.(Johnson) Denny. She married Edgar Littlejohn (died 1995) in 1934 in Waxahachie. Burial was May 21, 2003 under the direction of Boze-Mitchell-McKibben Funeral Home. Source: Obituary originally published in the Waxahachie Daily Light on May 21, 2003. ========================= Luella C. Littlejohn, age 97, of Italy passed away Sunday, May 18, 2003 at her home. She was born September 17, 1905 in Cookville, Texas to John T. and Lula B. (Johnson) Denny. She moved to Italy in 1922 and attended TPC in Milford and Baylor ? Belton before finishing her bachelor?s degree from the University of North Texas in 1931. Luella married Edgar Littlejohn in 1934 in Waxahachie and taught school for many years in Maypearl, Buna and Italy. She is survived by her son, Denny J. Littlejohn of Italy and three cousins, Jerry, Jack and Ralph Denny. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years Edgar Littlejohn in 1995. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 AM, Wednesday, May 21, 2003 at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Italy with interment to follow in the Italy Cemetery. Family visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the Boze-Mitchell-McKibbin Chapel in Italy.
