John William Phillips JR., age 71, died Saturday July 20, 2013 in Alba, Texas. He was born November 20, 1941 in Salado, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, John William Phillips SR. and Lola Mae (Parker) Bell, one brother Edward Bell of Harker Heights. Survived by two sons, David Phillips of Emory, Paul Phillips of Irving. One daughter Billie McCain of Alba. Six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren. Two brothers Jack Phillips of Kaufman, Thomas Phillips of Costa Rica, one sister Bobbie Hays of Arlington.
