Lucille Marie Christian, 73 of Wahoo, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 22, 2013 at the Saunders Care Center in Wahoo, NE. Lucille was born June 20, 1940 in Weston, NE to Edward and Martha (Sloup) Ohnoutka. She graduated from Weston High School in 1957 and then moved to Lincoln, NE. Lucille was united in marriage to George Christian on June 4, 1960 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Weston, NE. Lucille was an air force wife, moving around the country for 13 years. In 1973, Lucille and her family settled in Wahoo. She had a 25 year career with Saunders Care Center as a CNA. Lucille was a member of St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Wahoo, where she was active in the PCCW and the women's circle. Lucille's family and friends loved her cooking and baking, especially her pies. She loved quilting, embroidery, and gardening. Most of all, she enjoyed visits from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Lucille is survived by husband, George Christian; children, Rob (Kim) Christian of Cedar Bluffs, NE, Colleen (John) Sutton of Wahoo, Julia (Mark) Urban of Malmo, NE, and Joseph (Hilary) Christian of Weston, NE; grandchildren, Sarah Christian, Dan (Amanda) Christian, Michael Christian, Paul (Liz) Sutton, Donna, Bonnie, and Jack Sutton, Tyler, Brent, Katelyn, Mollie, and Nathan Urban, Haley (Bobby) Nice, Jacob, Joshua, and Isabella Christian; great-grandchildren, Brandi and Gavin Sutton, Alex and Taylor Christian, Easton Nice; brothers, Robert (Carolyn) Ohnoutka and Donald (Sherry) Ohnoutka; sister, Dorothy Swett; many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Martha Ohnoutka and infant son, Shawn Christian. Fr. Adam Sparling will be officiating
