Bio
Vincent D. Redden, a native of Baton Rouge and a resident of Pride, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at the age of 65. He was a retired superintendent with LADOTD in East Feliciana Parish. Vincent loved working on cars and any mechanics and had a passion for fishing. Vincent was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother who will be missed dearly by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sandra Redden; son, Mark Redden and wife Jesica; grandchildren, Austen Redden and Wyatt Redden; sisters, Cathy Rowe and husband Arv of Central, LA, and Patty Hungate of Albuquerque, NM; brothers Kenny Redden and wife Amanda of Los Lunas, NM, and Timmy Redden of Central, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.He is preceded in death by his parents, Dula and Mary Redden; and niece Sheryl Rowe.Visitation at Greenoaks Funeral Home until funeral service. Interment and graveside service will be held at Sandy Creek Cemetery in Pride. Obituary published in The Advocate from July 19 to July 23, 2013.
