Anne Elizabeth (Lewandowski) Notch, age 34, died at home in Andover, MN after a valiant battle with colorectal cancer. She is survived by her husband, Jon & their children, Natalie, Sam & Christopher; mother, Jean Lewandowski; brothers, Doug (Kirsten) and Tom (Karine) Lewandowski; sister, Karen (Mark) Roesner. She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Lewandowski. Funeral service is Monday at 1 PM at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 1917 Logan Ave S., Minneapolis. Visitation is Sunday, 4-7 PM at Thurston-DeShaw Funeral Home, 13817 Jay St. NW, Andover. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Colon Cancer Coalition or Toys for Tots. ∼ Anne Elizabeth Notch, 34, of Andover, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2009 at home. She was born Aug. 13, 1974 in Omaha, Neb. to Lawrence Louis and Jean Adele (Dayton) Lewandowski. She married Jon Phillip Notch and they had three children. She was a teacher. She is survived by her husband; three children: Natalie, Sam and Christopher; her mother; two brothers: Doug (Kristen) and Tom (Karine) Lewandowski; and a sister: Karen (Mark) Roesner. She was preceded in death by her father. Casket bearers: Craig Cashman, Mike Roering, Mark Roesner, Kyle Notch, Raymond Little and Chris Bank. Visitation: 4-7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18 at Thurston DeShaw Funeral Home in Andover. Funeral service: 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. at St. Paul's Episcopal Church with Father Richard L. Matthew officiating. Interment: Private, in Park Rapids. Minnesota
