. . . . . . . . . . Funeral services for Jack Barnes were held at Buckholts Baptist Church, at 3 P.M., with Rev. Horace Whitesdises pastor officiating, assisted by Mrs. A.Z. Fuller. Interment in the Corinth Cemetery with Marek-Burns Funeral Home directing the arrangements. Mr. Barnes, 64, died at Buckholts Sunday, November 4. He had been in ill health a number of years prior to his death, suffering from a heart attack. He was well known in that section of the county as well known in Bell County. He had no survivors. He had been cotton statistician for many years, giving monthly reports to all newspapers in the county. Masonic services were held at the graveside.
