Bio

Sammy Lynn Jeffus, 53, was called home to his heavenly family Sunday, July 7, 2013. Funeral: 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Sammy was born on May 24, 1960, to Thrian and Virgie Jeffus in McKinney. Sammy was a lifelong resident of Fort Worth and had worked for St. Joseph Hospital, Harris Hospital and John Peter Smith Hospital most recently. He was a proud member of the Cowtown Mopars Club. Sammy was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors: Aunts, Bennie Maus, Jeanette Smith and Norma Childers; nieces, Randi and Mandi; nephew, Alec; and numerous other relatives and friends.
