His parents were Neute J. and Roxie Bullock Ramsey. He was survived by two sisters, Mrs. Irene Greer and Mrs. Maudie Aline Forbes (Find A Grave Memorial# 7832035); two brothers, Richard Ramsey and Pat Ramsey; three half-brothers, Marion Autrey, M. D. Autrey, and Lee Autrey; a son and two daughters.
