Company K 13th Alabama Infantry CSA. Obituary Info found on usgwarchives.net Anniston Star The Rev. J. N. Rampey, former presiding elder of the Anniston district of the Methodist church, passed away yesterday morning at his home at Edwardsville. He was loved by many and was respected by all. A veteran of 26 years of service and a suffer for many months. He leaves a wife and one grandson and several married children and grandchildren to mourn his loss. He spent his life in Alabama. His record is one of high moral worth, an earnest, conscientious Christian. The funeral will occur today at the family burying grounds near Wedowee. Additional Comments: He is buried in Edwardsville Cemetery Cleburne County AL.
