GRAND PRAIRIE TEXAN Friday, January 24, 1936 Mrs. John B. Kirby died at the family home in this city Thursday morning at 12:30 o’clock following an illness extending over a period of several months. She is survived by her husband and seven children, Carl, Burl, Mary Exma, Ruth, Hawl and Beth Lynn. Funeral services will be held from the First Methodist Church today (Friday) at 3 o’clock. Rev. H. H. Hargrove of Dallas and former pastor of Mrs. Kirby will conduct the services. Burial will take place at the Southland Cemetery. Contributor: Ruth Goodman (47888664)
