Frances Elizabeth Rainwater was born on May 21, 1923 in Aubrey, Texas to Frank and Elizabeth Wilkinson. She passed away on June 22, 2010 in Irving, Texas at the age of 87. She married W.C. Rainwater on August 24, 1940 and they were married for 63 years. She is survived by on daughter, one sister-in-law, 6 nieces and nephews. Two loving caregivers.
