BYRDSTOWN Funeral services for Mrs. Hallie (Russell) Koger of Pall Mall will be held tomorrow (Thursday, Feb. 17) in the chapel of Byrdstown Crestlawn Funeral Home. Mrs. Koger died yesterday (Feb. 15, 2005) at the Clinton County, Ky., Hospital. She was 90. She had made her home at 1055 Horace Russell Road in Pall Mall. Born in Pickett County, Tenn., on Sept. 4, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Horace and Belle Evans Russell. She was a homemaker and member of the Chanute Church. In addition to her husband, Arvel Earl Koger, Mrs. Koger was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Lois; a sister, Mossey; and six brothers, Webster, Donald, Clyde, Gentry, Kenton and Andrew Russell.
