Herald Coaster, October 6, 1997: Funeral services for Eunice Ann Corliss, 62, of Needville, were held at 10 a.m. on Mon., Oct. 6, at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg. Interment followed at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg. Rev. Mike Smith officiated the services. Mrs. Corliss was born on Aug. 15, 1935 in Houston to Albert Strokos and Kathleen Maurice Boyd Strokos. She passed away on Oct. 3, 1997 in Richmond. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Kathleen Strokos. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Melvin L. Corliss of Needville; daughters, Kathleen Enriquez of Damon, and Malinda Lombardino and her husband, David, of Arlington; and five grandchildren. Pallbearers were Harry Corliss, Dennis Corliss, Melvin Hedt, Buck Kalinowski, C.D. Kalinowski, and Aaron Kalinowski. For those wishing, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association. Visitation was held on Sunday, Oct. 5, at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home, B.F. Terry Blvd. in Rosenberg.
