Bio
Manervia's father was William F Greenhaw. The 1850 census shows her William F Greenhaw was married to Nancy. Wedding records show that William F. Greenhaw married Nancy Ann Peace on February 4, 1947. Marriage records show that William F. Greenhaw married Emily S. Horton on July 4, 1860 in Limestone County, Alabama. Since Manervia was born in 1857, Manervia's mother may have been Nancy Ann Peace. In 1870 Manervia had 5 siblings; James C. age 16, Lucinda age 12, William age 10, Jonathan (In 1880 census listed him as Jasper) age 6, and George age 3. By 1880 there was another sister born, Minnie born in about 1873. It appears that Williams mother (Nancy MEACHAM Greenhaw) and Emily's mother (Jane Horton) was living with them. Married to George W. Batts 01-09-1873 in Limestone Cty, Al. Married to Henry Price Lapington 11-04-1884 in Limestone Cty, Al.
