Charlie Polasek, 83, passed away Saturday June 8, 2013 Survivors include: Judy & Bernard Mikulenka of Columbus; Ronald Polasek of Ellinger; Donald & Beatrice Polasek of La Grange; James & Linda Polasek of Ellinger; Raymond & Andrea Polasek of La Grange; Darla & Matthew Kubala of Schulenburg; Grandchildren: Rodney & Morgan Ryza, Derek Ryza , Paula Polasek, Brian Polasek, Richard Polasek, Andrea Polasek, Nicholas Polasek, Jeremy Polasek, Kelsey Polasek, Raeley Polasek, Nataley Polasek, Gavin Kubala, Grant Kubala, Emma Kubala; Great-Grandchildren: Haden Ryza, Gwen Ryza, Briana Dybala Step-Grandchildren: Timothy & Alita Gallaher, Stacy & Alan Brevard, Brandi Mikulenka, Brent & April Mikulenka, Step Great-Grandchildren: Michael Brevard, Mason Mikulenka, Zachary Gallaher, Charles Gallaher, Timothy Thomas Gallaher, Dustin Gallaher. Visitation and Rosary beginning at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home in La Grange. Services: Parish Rosary followed by funeral mass at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Fayetteville, TX. Interment will follow in the St. John Catholic Cemetery in Fayetteville, TX. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be given to the Turtle Wing Foundation.
