Bio

Daughter of Francis Malcom Lacy and Sarah Amanda Franklin. She is listed as age one on the 1880 census but not found on the 1900 census. Ida's father remarried 18 December 1890 to Harriet Mixon Wilson, so it's believed that Sarah Amanda Franklin died when Ida was an infant. RRP
