Bio
Nettye L. McLemore, 97, of Lott, Texas, entered into rest at Hillcrest Hospital in Waco, on Saturday, June 1, 2013. Services will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, June 5, 2013, at Adams Funeral Home Chapel, Marlin. Burial will followed at Hillcrest Cemetery in Marlin. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 3, 2013, with Rosary being recited at 7 p.m., with Father John Kelley. Nettye was born in Westphalia, Texas, to the late Joseph and Franzeska Theresa "Francis" Sonsel Miller. She attended Lott High School and Nursing School at Providence Hospital in Waco. Nettye lived in Waco, Marlin, and Lott. She worked at Providence Hospital and the V.A. Hospital in Waco and in Marlin, as an RN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert McLemore; son, Robert Moore; sisters: Dayla, Linda, Ella; and brothers Otto and Elo. Survivors include her daughter, Susan Moore, of Pennsylvania; daughter-in-law, Ann Moore, of Maryland; son, Joe Moore and his wife, Debbie, of Lott, TX; grandchildren: Sue Fitzgibbon, of Australia, Rob Anderson, of Pennsylvania, Rebecca Wolf, of Washington, Bob Moore, David Moore, and Elaine Moore, all of Maryland, Sheri Irwin, of Tennessee, Scott Moore, of Florida, Christi Engelberger, of Tennessee, Jessica Schlattweiler, of Illinois, and Jayson Schlattweiler, of Illinois; and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
