Waterloo Daily Courier - Wednesday, April 15, 1959 CHARLES CITY - Funeral services in charge of the Hauser Funeral Home were incomplete Tuesday for Anthony I. Jackley, 67, father of Mrs. Marvin Segard, Charles City, who died Tuesday at the Cedar Valley Hospital here; had been living at the Good Samaritan Home in Mason City for two months; a week ago he had a cerebral hemorrhage; was a farmer in the Panora, Iowa area for many years and since the death of his wife in 1941 had lived with his daughter here and with another daughter in Chicago; survived by two daughters, Mrs. Segard and Mrs. Lawrence C. Textrum, Chicago.
