Published in the Ord Quiz, Ord, Nebraska, Thursday, March 16, 1989, Page 8, Column 2 Alma Rajewich Services Mar. 11 Alma Marie Rajewich was born December 15, 1915 in Valley County, Nebraska to John and Mary Kosmata Valasek and died March 9, 1989 at the St. Francis Medical Center in Grand Island, Nebraska at the age of 73. She attended school in Valley County, On October 18, 1938 she married Albert Paider. Albert died April 29, 1957 and she and the children stayed and managed the farm. On October 16, 1964 she married Jerry Rajewich of Ord and she spent the rest of her life living in Ord. Alma was a member of Does #208, American Legion Auxiliary and the Western Fraternal Association Lodge #112 ZCBJ all of Ord. Survivors include her husband, Jerry of Ord; two sons, Ronald Paider of Aurora and Gary Paider of Ord; two daughters, Mrs. Arlene Newell of Omaha and Marilyn Paider of Grand Island; six grandchildren; one brother Johnnie Valasek of Comstock. She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband. Funeral services were held Saturday, March 11, 1989 at the Ord Memorial Chapel with burial in the Ord Cemetery.
