Bio

Buddy Wynne, 92, of New Boston, Texas, died Tuesday, May 10, 2005 in a hospital in Texarkana, Texas. Burial was in Read Hill Cemetery in New Boston. Mr.Wynne was born in Caddo, Okla., on Oct. 2, 1912. He was retired from Red River Army Depot and First National Bank. He was a 50 year member of the New Boston Chapter 700 Eastern Star, 50 year member of Boston Masonic Lodge #69, a member of the New Boston Lions Club, and a member and past Deacon of First Baptist Church and Oak Terrace Mission in New Boston. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildren Estelle Wynne in 2002. Survivors include; one son and daughter-in-law, William L. and Suzanne Wynne of North Carolina; one daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Don Houk of Ohio; five grandchildren, Chris and Drew Wynne, Ann Homer, Mary Kearns, and Carol Costa; Six great-grandchildren, Calib Wynne, Steve Fitzpatricks, Amy McCarthy, Tom-Tom, Lotti and Ella Kearns.
