links to parents and new articles thnx to member Kel 46935764 RICHFIELD MAN'S AFFLICTION Brought Back From Mexico In Critical Condition Provo, March 26. - James Butler a prominent citizen of Richfield, arrived from Mexico this morning in a very critical condition. Mr. Butler was brought up from Mexico by his son, James A. Butler and Charles Cracroft. Mr. Cracroft says Mr. Butler went to Mexico some time during last December to visit some of his children and friends. Some time ago he began to act very strangely and finally became insane. He was quite uncontrollable so it was decided that he (Cracroft) and the son James should bring the old gentleman to the asylum at Provo. Soon after their arrival here this morning Dr. Robinson was called and in his diagnosis of the case the doctor says Mr Butler is suffering from congestion of the brain and that the chances for recovery are very slim. The doctor further states that no examination for insanity will be made until Mr. Butlers physical condition improves. The remains will be taken to Spanish Fork for burial where a number of the Butler family are buried. The family at Richfield have been telegraphed for and are expected here this afternoon.
