York News Times; York, Nebraska; 7 Jun 2001 Adeline L. Policky, 81, of York died Wednesday, June 6, 2001, at York. She was born Feb. 14, 1920, at Richland, Okla., to Ladislav and Antonia (Policky) Pratt and was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in York. On Feb. 22, 1938, she was married to Anton L. Policky at Bee. She is survived by one son, Leroy (Agnes) Policky of Elizabethton, Tenn.; two grandsons, Trenton Policky of Harvest, Ala., and Troy Policky of Johnson City, Tenn.; one brother, Ernest (Thelma) Pratt of Omaha; two sisters, Marie Kontich of Fremont, Calif., and Georgia (Gerald) Brommer of North Hollywood, Calif. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, an infant brother and a sister. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Saturday, June 9, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in York with the Rev. Leo Seiker officiating. Burial will be at the St. Joseph's Cemetery. A Rosary service will be held at 7 p.m., Friday evening, at the Metz Chapel. Memorials may be directed to the donor's choice. Visitation has begun at Metz Mortuary in York.
