Bio

Son of Thomas Biddle and Elizabeth Blair. He married first to Mary Ann Zion 3 Mar 1836 in Rush Co., Indiana. They were the parents of 11: McCormic Zion, Hugh, James, William Andrew, Elizabeth Zion, Sarah Ann, Mary Ann, Sarah Jane, John, William Henry and Lydia A. Biddle. He married widow Caroline A. Metzer-Lighthill in 1869. They had three children together, two died in infancy.
