Funeral services for Patsy Ruth Zachary, age 83 of Winnsboro, were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Beaty Funeral Home in Winnsboro. Burial was in the Cypress Cemetery in Franklin County with Bro. David Taylor and Rev. Dan Hubbell officiating. Mrs. Zachary was born May 7, 1929 in Hopkins County to Robert T. and Ella E. Moore Reneau. She was a homemaker and member of the Walnut Street Baptist Church. She died Saturday, May 4. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bob Zachary of Winnsboro; a son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Janet Zachary of Mineola; a daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Ronney Gilbreath of Winnsboro; three grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were C. W. Zachary, Glen Zachary, Richard Zachary, Jim Zachary, Fred Zachary, and Paul Bennett. Honorary pallbearer was Billy Birdsong.
