Unsure whether or not he is actually buried here. He remarried after Laverne Clennies death. His second wife also preceded him in death. Jack W. McCullough, 79, of Santa Fe, Texas, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2002, at Mainland Medical Center in Texas City. He was born on July 11, 1922, to Sam and Mamie McCullough in Powersville, Missouri. Mr. McCullough retired as a seaman with the Merchant Marines after 30 years of service. Mr. McCullough was preceded in death by his wife, Jackie McCullough. Survivors include his son, Jack McCullough; two daughters, Patricia Perry and Pam Elkins; brother, Thad McCullough and two sisters, B.C. Scott and Irene Wilson; three grandchildren, Monica Hale, Christopher and Lisa Perry; and two greatgrandchildren, Jaymee Jacquilyn Perry. Private services for the family will be held on March 3rd.
