Interment in Colorado at Loveland Burial Park. Survivors: son, Raymond; brother, Adolph Policky; sisters, Adeline Krcil, Anna Kadavy, Erma Kuzel, Tillie Karst; three grandchildren, Linda Black, Larry Chermak, Dale Chermak; ten great grandchildren. The Orange County Register; California; 23 Jul 1999 *Lillie was married to Edward Chermak on 23 Oct 1924. Edward died 17 Jan 1988.
