MRS. OLIVE W. PTACEK MOUNT GILEAD Mrs. Olive West Ptacek, 87, of 510 W. High St., died early today in Colonial Manor Nursing Home, Fulton, after a long illness. She was born Jan. 1, 1886, in Iowa to Charles and Charlotte Hall East. Survivors include a son, Harold West of Mount Gilead; stepchildren, William Ptacek of Scottsbluff, Nebraska and Mrs. Laura Ellison of Kearney, Nebraska, 9 grandchildren, 18 great- grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren. Rev. Harold Milford will conduct the service Saturday at 1:30 p.m. in the Craven Funeral Home, here, with burial in Rivercliff Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Friday.
