Bio

George Drinnen, son of Mr and Mrs A W Drinnen of Chowchilla, passed away Tuesday evening at Mercy Hospital in this city, death resulting form burns received while attempting to fill a vacuum tank on a truck at Chowchilla Monday. The boy was a native of Texas aged 12 years and was graduated from grammar school last month. Besides his parents, he leaves two sisters and a brother. Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon and interment was in the Madera cemetery. Merced Express 22 July 1927 pg 1
