Funeral services for Javis James Gaspard of Plaucheville will be held at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Dupont on Sunday, March 6, 2011, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will take place at the Immaculate Conception Church Hall on Saturday, March 5, 2011, from 5:00pm until time of services on Sunday. Burial services will commence at the Bayou Jack Baptist Cemetery. Javis Gaspard, age 71, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2011. He is survived by his; wife, Patricia Guillot Gaspard of Plaucheville; sons, Jarrod Gaspard of Dupont; daughters, Brittany Gaspard of Dupont, Lisa Gaspard of New Orleans, Tammy Gaspard of Marksville, Sindy Moore of Bay Town; brother, Raymond Gaspard of Simmesport; sisters, Shirley Daugherty of Houma, Tethley Clarke of Greenbrier. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Services and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escudé Funeral Home.
