Bio

In 1867 Samuel Markley with his second wife Mary A Wilson, his son William Garfield, and six of the children of his second marriage went to Kansas, going down the Ohio River, and up the Missouri River by steam boat, from Kansas City by team to Osage Co, Kansas where they started farming.
