Hazel L Adkisson Williams Lilyhorn Hazel Lilyhorn, of Holdrege, NE. died Friday at her home. Hazel was born Nov. 18, 1919, in Frontier County, NE. to John and Mabel (Rose) Adkisson. Following graduation from Farnam (NE.) High School she taught rural school for one year before moving to Gothenburg, NE. On June 15, 1943, she married Myron Williams while he was serving in the U. S. Army Air Corps. During World War II she made her home in Farnam, NE. After the war they lived in Gothenburg, NE. for two years before moving to Arcadia. In 1955 her husband died. She returned to Farnam, NE. in 1956 and on Feb. 3, 1968, she married Jack Lilyhorn. They made their home in Holdrege, NE. where she resided at the time of her death. Hazel was employed as a bookkeeper by Sidles Mr. Automotive for 16 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Farnam, NE. and the American Legion Auxiliary 0288 of Farnam, NE. for 33 years. Survivors are: husband, daughters, stepson, seven grandchildren; sisters, and a host of relatives and friends. Preceding her in death in addition to: first husband were one stepson; parents; six brothers and two sisters. Burial was in the Farnam Cemetery, Farnam, NE.
